LOWER TOWNSHIP _ Police on Monday arrested a Villas man who was wanted on drug charges in Maryland.
Gary Lee DuPont, 46, was living in the Villas but previously lived in Salisbury, Md. Police said he was pulled over Monday on a traffic stop when a fugitive warrant from Maryland was discovered.
DuPont, who was in the Cape May County jail with bail set at $100,000, was wanted on charges of possession or narcotics with intent to distribute, distribution of narcotics in a school zone, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
