Good morning South Jersey! Here's what you need to know today.

For today's weather, rain continues to change over to snow this morning going from west to east. There will be snow in all of South Jersey by about 10 a.m. and continue into the early afternoon. Temperatures will be falling through the 30s. Watch for refreeze on the roads at night.

Former Gov. Chris Christie’s veto of a bill establishing a Garden State Growth Zone around the Atlantic City International Airport loomed large over the annual State of the County luncheon Tuesday at the Carriage House.

Golden Nugget Casinos announced Tuesday that 24K Select Club members across its five casinos can now earn comp dollars and tier credits in one account and redeem comp dollars in any of its casinos.

Mayor Clarence “Chuck” Lear penned an open letter to residents following a contentious Planning Board meeting last week that led to the rejection of a proposal to designate a block near the Washington Street Mall an area in need of redevelopment.

A judge will decide Thursday whether to hold Dr. James Kauffman, his alleged co-conspirator, Ferdinand Augello, and three other Pagans motorcycle gang members and associates until trial in the murder case of April Kaufman.

Holy Spirit upped its season record to 7-3 overall, and the Spartans are 3-1 in the Cape-Atlantic League National Division. Ocean City, ranked sixth in the Elite 11, dropped to 10-1 overall and 4-1 in the division.
