Snow is being reported in parts of Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties, which is expected to continue until the late afternoon.

A winter weather advisory was in effect for southern New Jersey at 10 a.m. today, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasts, which initially called for snow beginning at 3 a.m., were changed for later in the day, but accumulation is still minimal, if at all, the weather service said.

It is expected to diminish or mix with rain toward the afternoon.

Winds are expected to be 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Temperatures will be in the low to mid-30s.

Report weather in your area through the Android and Apple app PING, provided by the weather service, or on the NOAA website.

The weather service is forecasting a rainy weekend.
