Wintry mix expected Monday around region From Press staff reports The Press of Atlantic City Media Group
The National Weather Service forecast for Monday includes a chance of a light wintry mix for southern New Jersey.
According to the weather service, there is a chance of rain, snow, and sleet before 11 a.m., then a chance of rain and sleet between 11 a.m. and noon.
There is also a chance of rain after noon, but temperatures are expected to reach a high of 39.
The chance of precipitation is 50 percent, with new snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
