An 26-year-old Richland woman has been indicted for a 2011 vehicular homicide in Buena Vista Township, according to acting County Prosecutor Jim McClain.

Amanda Dean was driving north on Tuckahoe Road on June 18, along with two other occupants in her car.

While allegedly speeding down the road, Dean's car entered the oncoming lane and crashed head-on with a car driven by Caecilie Domaniewski, 81, of Estell Manor.

All four individuals involved in the crash were seriously injured and airlifted to hospitals, according to state police who responded.

The two passengers in Dean's car included Charles

Palmieri, 25, of Williamstown, who was the front passenger, and a 2-year-old boy, who

was seated in a car seat in the rear of the vehicle.

Domaniewski remained hospitalized for almost two months, until August 4, before she was pronounced dead as a result of her injuries.

On June 22, the State Police issued Dean multiple motor vehicle summonses for possession of CDS in her car, DWI, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.

On May 9, an Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted Dean on one count of second-degree vehicular homicide, two counts of third-degree assault by auto and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
