I am bumping up our snowfall totals a notch for Saturday's system.

Computer models have been having issues showing how amplified our ridge (upper level pattern) would be. The more amplified it is, the more south to north the system would be, giving us a better shot for snow.

While the models are converging on the snowier solution, meteorological factors will still limit totals. During the day, the combination of temperatures above freezing and preceding warmth will limit it sticking to roads unless it is a heavier snow.

A tight gradient is expected! See how much your town will get in our video.

Meteorologist

This is my first newspaper but not my first forecast for NJ. I graduated with a B.S. in Meteorology from Rutgers. Two TV internships gave me a taste for the newsroom. Then, after nearly 4 years in private NJ weather, I'm forecasting South Jersey for you.
