Atlantic City police arrested seven individuals for drug-related offenses Oct. 2 through a surveillance operation in the areas of Carver Hall, Brown’s Park and Berkley Gardens Apartments.

A total of 58 bags of heroin and 30 grams of crack cocaine were recovered, police said.

Ursula Hood, 55, and Machelle Butterworth, 33, were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Anthony Johnson, 43, was charged with possession of CDS. He was also wanted on an outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Camden County US Marshals Office.

James Feliciano, 20, Joseph Luther, 42 and John Weber, 26 were charged with possession of CDS and warrants.

Luqua Turner, 45, was charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, sale of heroin, possession of CDS within a school zone, possession of CDS within public housing and a warrant. His bail was set at $100,000.
