Judge allows murder indictment to stand despite destruction of video evidence

MAYS LANDING -- A murder indictment against a Mays Landing man will stand, but a jury will hear how the state may have destroyed evidence in his case, "which could provide reasonable doubt," a judge ruled this morning.
