LOWER TOWNSHIP — Police arrested and charged two teens after a vehicle was reported stolen from a residence in the Villas section Tuesday, authorities said.

Police found the vehicle on Harvard Road, the Police Department said in a statement.

The driver, a 17-year-old local boy, pulled over on East Florida Avenue and was arrested. A 16-year-old local girl was in the front passenger seat.

The driver was charged with unlawful taking by means of conveyance and receiving stolen property, and the girl was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Both were released to their families.
