Police arrest suspect in stabbing

A city woman was arrested Thursday night in connection to a stabbing, Millville police said Saturday.
Natalie Tice, 19, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Thursday and is accused of stabbing Edna Garner inside a house on the 400 block of North Fourth Street, Lt. Ed Zadroga said. Tice and the victim got into a fight earlier that day, and Tice went to the victim's house to confront her, Zadroga said.
Garner was sent to South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Vineland for treatment, police said.
Tice was found hiding in a common foyer, and the knife was found in the house, according to police. She was charged with aggravated assault, burglary, possession of a weapon and failure to be fingerprinted, Zadroga said. Tice was sent to the Cumberland County Jail on $100,000 bail.
Lower Township
Boater shipped to hospital
A boater was injured Saturday in a watercraft incident, State Police said.
The male victim, whose identity was not released, suffered head and neck injuries in an accident involving the small craft off Lower Township, Sgt. Julian Castellanos said.
Only one craft was reportedly involved. Castellanos said the injured man was taken by boat and ground transportation to an area hospital. His condition was not immediately available.
Marine police were said to be investigating the cause of the accident Saturday evening.
Stafford Township
Police find heroin in woman's car
Township police arrested a 32-year-old Manahawkin woman Friday night on drug charges, police said Saturday.
Officer Chris Smith pulled over Christina Bicki at 8:30 p.m. on Nautilus Drive for driving with a suspended registration. During the stop, Smith noticed drug paraphrenalia, police said.
Upon further investigation by the township drug-enforcement unit, officers found heroin and hypodermic syringes in the vehicle, and later found more heroin and hypodermic syringes at Bicki's house, police said in a statement.
Bicki was charged with motor vehicle violations, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substances in a motor vehicle, possession of heroin and possession of hypodermic needles. Her vehicle was towed for having a suspended registration and insurance. Bicki was released pending a future court appearance, police said.
Brigantine
Man hurt after diving into shallow water
A man who dived into shallow water Saturday off Brigantine was taken to the hospital with serious neck and back injuries, according to the Brigantine Beach Patrol.
Lt. Edward Leon said the man, whose name was not released, dived into the water near the south-end jetty just before noon.
He was transported to the Regional Trauma Unit at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, Leon said.
