A 71-year-old Atlantic City man pled guilty to drug and gun charges in district court in Trenton Tuesday.
Eugene Brown pled guilty to distribution of oxycodone and being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a statement from the state Attorney General’s Office.
Authorities said Brown distributed the drugs in Trenton on May 12, 2012, and was arrested for possession of a .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol in Atlantic City on July 20, according to court documents.
Brown is scheduled to be sentenced on June 26.
