The Children’s Specialized Hospital will host a free carnival 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday to celebrate the opening a new pediatric outpatient center in Egg Harbor Township.

Services offered at the new facility at 6106 Black Horse Pike will include occupational, physical and speech therapy. The Mountainside, Union County-based, company serves more than 19,000 children with special needs each year.

“We know there are children who can benefit from our services and we are proud to offer our expertise in medical care, pediatric therapy and family centered care approach to the residents of the Atlantic County area,” said Patricia Foley, associate vice president of outpatient services, Children’s Specialized Hospital, in a written statement.

The company also operates two facilities in Toms River, Ocean County.
