PLEASANTVILLE - Police are investigating three incidents of shots fired on Sunday, one of which one injured a 15-year-old boy.

The first occured at 3:20 p.m. in the 300 block of Wet Merion Avenue where officers located a gold sedan with damage from gunfire, police said.

The second occurred at 8:30 p.m. in the 700 block of West Adams Avenue which reportedly injured the teenager.

Police said the 15-year-old male suffered from non-life-threatening injuries to his leg and was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus. A sawed-off shotgun was recovered near the scene and initial reports indicate the injury may have been self-inflicted, police said.

The last report of shots occurred at 1 a.m. today in the area of Linden Avenue, between Thompson and Maxwell Avenues. Two residences and a vehicle were damaged from gunfire, police said. Witnesses were near this scene and told police two vehicles were involved in the incident in which a sedan was chasing and firing at an SUV. Neither vehicle nor their occupants were identified, though, police said.
