Atlantic City Police released this photo of a man who allegedly kidnapped a tourist and forced her to take money out of her Bank of America account in March.

Atlantic City police are looking for a man who allegedly kidnapped a tourist and forced her to take money out of her bank account in March.

A picture of the suspect was released today, showing him just before he allegedly followed the California woman onto the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue at about 1:30 p.m. March 29, and forced her into his vehicle by showing her the handle of a handgun, police said.

The suspect then drove to the Bank of America at Virginia and Atlantic avenues, and forced the woman to withdraw an undisclosed amount of money from her account, according to the report.

He then released her unharmed.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call police at 609-347-5766 or anonymously text tip411 (847411) beginning the text with ACPD. Information may also be called in anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 609-652-1234.
