Route 30 opens to Brigantine residents
Route 30 has opened to Brigantine residents only, according to the Atlantic County Office of Emergency Management.
Brigantine Police are requiring residents to show ID. They warn that traffic will be heavy.
Currently, traffic is backed up on many roads leading to Route 30.
It is unclear how police will keep residents from using Route 30 to enter Atlantic City, which remains under mandatory evacuation.
