HAMILTON TOWNSHIP — An overnight paving project is affecting portions of two major roads in the township.
The state Department of Transportation began a repaving project Monday night that will affect portions of Routes 40 and 50, police said in a statement.
Construction is scheduled for 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, with traffic being alternated through the affected areas, police said.
Police warn motorists to expect delays and be aware of slow-moving construction equipment.
