ATLANTIC CITY — Three men were arrested Friday after a loaded handgun was found in their car.

Officers Anthony Abrams and James Karins stopped the car for speeding on the 400 block of South Carolina Avenue, Sgt. Monica McMenamin said. The officers smelled marijuana as they approached the car and had all three men get out, the report states.

But instead of finding drugs, they found a fully loaded .357 magnum, McMenamin said. Sadui Little-Hannibal and Charles Wynn, both 20 of Galloway, and Conrad Aikens, 20, of Atlantic City, were charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.

The driver, Little-Hannibal, was also issued motor vehicle summonses. All three were taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility. Little-Hannibal’s bail was set at $100,000 full cash bail. Bail for the others was set at $50,000.

Officers have seized more than 100 guns in the city this year.
