The New Jersey National Guard Armory at 600 Garden State Parkway in Cape May Court House will be dedicated at 2 p.m. Sept. 16 in memory of Lt. Col. James F. Barkalow, who graduated from Wildwood High School, flew 46 air combat missions over Europe in World War II and helped organize the Cape May County National Guard battalions.
