A Monmouth County man arrived at Congress Hall in Cape May just before 7 p.m. Tuesday night, completing a more than 220-mile run intended to raise money and awareness for Sandy storm recovery efforts.

Ed Kloskowski began the journey on Friday at High Point State Park in Sussex County, running from the northern-most region in the state to the southern end over the course of four days.

Following the storm, Kloskowski quickly organized Run4NJ, which solicits donations for victims of Sandy. He document the run with photographs on the Run4NJ Facebook page.

He arrived about 20 minutes prior to his 7 p.m. goal Tuesday night, according to Congress Hall staff.
