VINELAND - Cumberland County College officials announced Wednesday that the state's Board of Nursing has approved the college's new one-year Practical Nurse program.

According to a news release, about 30 people already have enrolled in the 34-credit program, which prepares students to take the state Board of Nursing exam for licensing as a practical nurse.

The college charges a tuition rate of $94 per credit for Cumberland County residents. The course/material fee for the practical nurse program is $1,000 per semester.
