PC@Nite is an Internet cafe with free Wi-Fi. We also have a juice bar here, with all natural and organic smoothies, juices, fruits and salads, and sandwiches.

We have cafe-style food, such as coffee and bagels. We also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We have tables and chairs for 30 in a very welcoming, relaxing environment, including two tables outside. We have cable television and Internet radio.

For breakfast, we do omelets, such as western and ham-and-cheese, chicken and waffles, breakfast sandwiches and oven-baked nut and honey french toast.

At each table, we have plug-ins to power laptops, and soon we’ll have laptops for people who don’t have one.

We also offer catering services. We make sandwiches, salads, crab cakes, fish tacos, paninis, burgers, shrimp and chicken, and stir-fry bowls. We do homemade chicken nuggets, homemade french fries and wraps.

Our beverages include lemonades, sodas, tea and water in addition to the juices, smoothies and coffees.

We use all-natural products and no syrups or sugars in the juice bar. I think we’re the only juice bar in Cumberland County. The nearest other is in Cherry Hill.

Right now, we’re open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. We’ll probably stay open for Internet and burgers until 10 p.m. for studying and such through the school year.

Entry: I had an idea to do this, open my own cafe, about 10 years ago. I went to school for business and marketing and worked for Head Start for several years, and had a site that I often cooked for.

I am ServSafe certified for proper food handling. I have a background in health and wellness, with a lot of training in that field.

The future: We’re going to have a new burger creation, and a new crab cake.
