TUCKERTON- Governor Chris Christie's  administration will hold a Mobile Cabinet in the borough Tuesday to assist residents and businesses impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

Representatives from the state Economic Development Authority, the Department of State’s Business Action Center and the Governor’s Office of Constituent Relations will be at the mobile cabinet to assist residents.

The state Departments of Human Services, Banking and Insurance, Children and Families, Environmental Protection, Community Affairs, Treasury, Transportation and Labor and Workforce Development will also be on hand to provide information and assistance.

 Representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and National Flood Insurance Program will also be present at the mobile cabinet.

 The hardest hit area of the borough was the Tuckerton Beach section and officials estimate of the 600 homes there, 400 homes suffered substantial damage during the storm.
