Fine films in A.C.

The Atlantic City Cinefest, formerly known as the Downbeach Film Festival, kicks off Friday in Atlantic City, includes a series of film screenings, discussion panels with filmmakers and receptions. The festival opens with the East Coast premier of the Atlantic City-based "Ice Grill, USA," co-directed by Greg Santarsiero and Mark Bernardi. The festival opens 7:30 p.m. Friday and runs through Sunday evening. All screenings are in the Screening Room on the12th floor of Resorts Atlantic City. Fabulous '50s Weekend in Wildwood

The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce presents its sixth annual Fabulous' 50s Weekend in Wildwood, a three-day celebration of rock and roll music with a street fair, concerts, dance parties and classic car shows that starts Friday.

Italian Festival in Landisville

There will be a celebration of Italian foods, live Italian music, wine tasting, winery and vineyard tours, crafters, children's activities, bocce ball and more 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Bellview Winery, 150 Atlantic St., Landisville. Dracula in tights

The Atlantic City Ballet brings its original production of this horror classic to Richard Stockton College of New Jersey at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 seniors and $15 children. Call 609-652-9000.

Lighthouse Weekend

Here's an event sure to light up the life of any lighthouse buff. Lighthouse Weekend encourages people to try and visit all of the state's land-based 11 lighthouses in a 48-hour period. Most lighthouses will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information visit www.njnlhs.org

Oktoberfest in A.C.

Grab your lederhosen and beer stein, it's Oktoberfest in Atlantic City Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at Gardner's Basin. There will be food, music and crafts.

Lynyrd Skynyrd at Borgata

Turn it up! The surviving members of the classic southern rock band come to the Event Center at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa Saturday night at 8. Tickets are $50.50, $60.50 and are available at www.theborgata.com

Jason Alexander show

"Seinfeld" fans will get to see a different side of the actor who brought George Costanza to life when Alexander comes to the Concert Venue at Harrah's Resort at 9 p.m. Saturday. The show features Alexander in the character of motivational speaker Donny Clay. Tickets are $40, $50 and $60 and are available at www.ticketmaster.com
