The Atlantic City Boardwalk Art Show returned to the city on Saturday for the first time in 13 years. Presented by the Atlantic City Arts Commission and the Noyes Museum of Art at Richard Stockton College, it showcased dozens of local artists, who competed for $2,000 in prizes.
