Noon today: Pickup for residents without shelter or transportation offshore starts at all elementary schools in the city.
City shelters open: All Wars Memorial Building at New York and Adriatic avenues, plus Martin Luther King Jr. and Uptown complexes, Atlantic City High School and New York Avenue and Sovereign Avenue schools.
4 p.m.: Roads into the city close, casinos must close
10 p.m. (approximate): Roads out of and within city expected to close when sustained winds reach 40 miles per hour.
TBA: Residents allowed back, casinos and other businesses can resume operations. Expected some time Wednesday.
