1. NAME: Omar Butcher, 16, Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City

CHARGE (S): Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute - On May 7, 2009, Butcher was found in possession of a quantity of cocaine that he intended to distribute in Atlantic City.

DISPOSITION: Sentenced to 2 years at the Training School for Boys - sentence suspended. Placed on probation until December, 2010. Placed on the Home Electronic Detention System. Ordered to cooperate with Youth Case Management, attend the Youth Advocate Program, attend outpatient substance abuse treatment, submit to periodic urine monitoring, submit to DNA typing, pay a $1000 DEDR fine, a $25 lab fee, a $15 Law Enforcement Officers' Protection Act fine, and a $30 VCCO penalty. 2. NAME: Sean Kelly, 17, West Merion Avenue, Pleasantville

CHARGE (S): Terroristic Threats; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (2 Counts) - On April 21, 2009, Kelly threatened to commit a crime of violence upon several family members in Pleasantville. In addition, he was found in possession of a rifle and a shotgun in Pleasantville.

DISPOSITION: Sentenced to 18 months at the Training School for Boys - sentence suspended. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to cooperate with Youth Case Management, attend anger management counseling, attend outpatient substance abuse treatment, submit to periodic urine monitoring, maintain gainful employment, submit to DNA typing, pay a $15 Law Enforcement Officers' Protection Act fine, and a $90 VCCO penalty.

3. NAME: Mahmuud Hinds, 17, Hummock Avenue - Atlantic City

CHARGE (S): Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine - On May 7, 2009, Hinds and another individual agreed to distribute cocaine in Atlantic City.

DISPOSITION: Placed on probation for 1 year. Ordered to attend and complete the Minister's Home Detention Project, attend outpatient substance abuse treatment, submit to periodic urine monitoring, attend school, obtain gainful employment, submit to DNA typing, pay a $15 Law Enforcement Officers' Protection Act fine, and a $30 VCCO penalty. He is restrained from the 1700 Block of Arctic Avenue in Atlantic City.

4. NAME: Pablo Echevarria, Jr., 17, Buena Vista Avenue, Landisville

CHARGE (S): Burglary (3 Counts) - On November 5, 14, and 25, 2007, Echevarria, Jr., and a co-defendant burglarized a commercial establishment in Buena Vista Township.

DISPOSITION: Placed on probation for 1 year. Ordered to attend Job Corp, receive a substance abuse evaluation and comply with any recommendations, pay restitution, perform 30 hours of community service, have no contact with the victim or co-defendant, submit to DNA typing, pay a $15 Law Enforcement Officers' Protection Act fine, and a $90 VCCO penalty.

5. NAME: Attuiyah Williams, 14, Madison Avenue, Atlantic City

CHARGE (S): Conspiracy to Commit Robbery - On May 30, 2009, Williams and two co-defendants agreed to assault an individual during the commission of a theft in Atlantic City.

DISPOSITION: Placed on probation for 1 year. 6. NAME: Nicholas Lucente, 17, Osprey Court, Smithville

CHARGE (S): Aggravated Assault; Criminal Mischief - On May 12, 2009, Lucente and a co-defendant caused bodily injury to an individual while in possession of a weapon in Galloway Township. In addition, Lucente caused damage to property in excess of $500 in Galloway Township.

7. NAME: Brittni Slotterback, 17, Cologne Avenue, Mays Landing

CHARGE (S): Aggravated Assault on Police Officers; Conspiracy to Commit Burglary - On May 5, 2009, Slotterback assaulted three police officers who were acting in performance of their official duties in Hamilton Township. In addition, Slotterback agreed with a co-defendant to commit a residential burglary in Hamilton Township.

DISPOSITION: Placed on probation for 1 year. Ordered to attend anger management counseling, attend the Juvenile Victim Impact Program, pay restitution, have no contact with the victims, submit to DNA typing, pay a $15 Law Enforcement Officers' Protection Act fine, and a $90 VCCO penalty.

CHARGE (S): Aggravated Sexual Assault - On December 8, 2008, Siderio committed an act of sexual penetration upon an individual in Egg Harbor Township.

2. NAME: Lizimar Brown, 14, Hoover Drive, Mays Landing

3. NAME: Brianna Henry, 13, Baltic Avenue, Atlantic City

CHARGE (S): Conspiracy to Commit Robbery - On March 30, 2009, Henry and two co-defendants agreed to assault an individual during the commission of a theft in Atlantic City.

2. NAME: Kareem Sanders, 17, Marlborough Avenue, Absecon

CHARGE (S): False Public Alarm - On March 25, 2009, Sanders pulled a fire alarm knowing that the report of a fire was false at Pleasantville High School.

CHARGE (S): Burglary (2 counts) - On June 23, 2008, Fetty unlawfully entered a shed and stole a handgun in Winslow Township. On March 29, 2009, Fetty burglarized a shed in Winslow Township.

4. NAME: Darren Holcomb-Tally, 15, Larue Avenue, Egg Harbor Township

CHARGE (S): Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute within 1,000 Feet of a School - On April 1, 2009, Holcomb-Tally was found in possession of a quantity of marijuana that he intended to distribute at Egg Harbor Township High School.

DISPOSITION: Placed on probation for 1 year. Placed on the Home Electronic Detention System.
