CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE - A grand jury Tuesday indicted Philadelphia resident Nicholas Golden, 18, for first-degree aggravated manslaughter in the July 21, 2008 death of Craig Lozier, a 20-year-old college student from Middle Township.
Lozier was riding his motorcycle in the northbound lane of Route 47 here when Golden's car crossed into Lozier's lane, striking him head-on.
Lozier was pronounced dead at the scene.
Golden remains free on bail.
