The Millville Fire Department draped a large American flag over the Chestnut Street entrance to the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Friday morning in anticipation of Christopher Reeve's funeral procession later today.

Kathy Massie, 46, with a friend, wept as she watched the funeral of Millville Police Officer Christopher Reeves Friday afternoon. Her husband, Millville police Detective Sgt. Anthony “Skip” Massie, had been close with Reeves until Massie's death in December 2009. “I just buried my husband a year and a half ago,” she said. “He and Chris were like two peas in a pod."
