A few scattered snow showers or flurries may accompany those brisk winds, along with unseasonably cold temperatures.

Highs will struggle to make it to freezing(32°) on Wednesday. The winds will make it feel much colder, with wind chills remaining well below freezing all day.

Breezy conditions last through Thursday, but the winds will slowly diminish later this week.
