A dredge sits offshore from Second Avenue in North Wildwood, pumping a slurry mixture of sand and water onto the beach. A beach replenishment project is underway in North Widwood, and some residents are unhappy the dunes are obstructing their views of the ocean. The project has been pumping sand on the beach since last Tuesday.
