BRENNEN, WILLIAM E. JR. - 64 passed away peacefully on March 3, 2016. Born in Somers Point, NJ. May 5, 1951, raised in Marmora, NJ, (fondly known as Billy) Billy and his father Bill Sr.owned Wm. Brennen and son Piling Co. for 21 years and drove their #5 modified race car. He moved with his family to a farm in Missouri where he spent the last 23 years. Although he was chronically ill, he will also be remembered for his amazing "never give up" attitude, his love and dedication to his family, his spunk and quirky sense of humor. He is survived by his wife and childhood sweetheart of 44 yrs Darlene, his 2 sons, Billy 3rd and Doug, his 2 daughters, Mary and Natalie and six grandchildren. Bill is also survived by his sister, Carol Caponiti. A private service will be held at their family cemetery in Rimby, MO.

I was very sad to get this news. I will miss this guy very much. He had a very Hollywood appearance about him. Handsome guy. Billy and his father had top shelf equipment. One of the all time best drivers at Bridgeport Speedway. That Hemi flew. It was also very bitchin' to see that they stuck with Chrysler as their power plants. Billy will be very missed in the Taylor family. I am an engine builder by trade. If I ever build a Hemi; which is very possible, Billy's name is going on it. I am not a religious man, but I will say a big prayer for him, his wife and family this evening. God bless. Nick Taylor.
