Tom was a talented musician who brought the joy of music into the lives of his family and many others. He played the mandolin and was a decades-long member of both the Newark and New York Mandolin Clubs. He was an avid league bowler until he turned 89. He loved reading, classic movies, classic cars, the beach, his boat, tinkering in his garage, and telling stories of his life. Tom was a member of the Purchasing Management Association, many Catholic Church organizations, as well as the American Legion and the AARP. Tom was preceded in death by his younger sister June Idelberger. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty six years, Joan Blum Cousins, his daughter Linda Schnoor (Tim), son William (Nina), and daughter Nancy Beesley.
