Demosthenes, Josue "Swee", - 29, of Pleasantville, NJ, was born May 15, 1988 and called home on December 2, 2017. Josue was a father, a brother, a son. Swee, as he was affectionately known, attended Pleasantville High School where he graduated in 2006. Swee will always be remembered for his contagious laugh, his high spirits and always putting his family first. Loyalty is one word that goes hand in hand with Josue. Treasuring everyone he called his friend, Swee had a personality that drew you to him. If you met Swee, you wanted to know Swee. You wanted to be his friend, because you knew he was a good friend to have. Swee made no effort to brighten up a room, it simply happened. You could be having the worst day and his laugh, jokes and overall kind heart would instantly change your mood. Even if it were just for a moment, he would make you smile. He will be truly missed by those who held him dear to their hearts. He is survived by his mother Ametide Catule, his father Willaire Demosthenes, his three sisters Marie, Rachelle, and Tania, five brothers Louinet, Wilbert, Willem, Ricardro and Clebens. His memory will be cherished by his niece Lujeana, two nephews Jaden and Matthais, his best friends Samuel Jean and Jean Octavius, his closest cousins Etienne, Woody, Dakens, Magdiel, Evens, Olsen, Jamesen and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. To the Demosthenes Family, so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved son, brother and father...may the God of comfort give your family strength to endure....remember the comforting words from his son Jesus at John 5:28&29. That all in their memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out....just a little while longer it will all come true....his Father has promised all these things....you can count on everyone of his promises...he cannot lie...Titus 1:2
