LIONELLI, SAMUEL "JUNIOR" - 81, of Brigantine passed away on Wednesday September 20, 2016. Beloved brother of Theresa Genuardi and the late Marie, Louis, James, Anthony, Rita and Concetta and brother-in-law to Connie. Beloved godfather to Gina Falotico (nee Porpora) and Guy Porpora (Stacey). Loving uncle to Angelo "Sal" Allizzo (Roni), Robert Polillo (Maria), Kathy Genuardi and many nieces and nephews. Born in Philadelphia, Junior took great pride in being "born and raised" in South Philly. Loving boating and fishing, he was a long time resident of Brigantine, NJ where he built homes and operated Bayshore Marina and Bayside Marina with Joe Porpora (Felicia). In his later years, Junior also resided in Weatherly, PA and was an avid deer hunter. Junior will be best remembered for his friendly nature, his wisecracks and his homemade wine. Friends and family are invited to his Life Celebration on Monday September 26, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:50am at St Thomas Church, 8th Street and Brigantine Ave, Brigantine. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am. Interment is private. The family request in lieu of flowers please send donations to the Multiple System Atrophy Fund at Family services by Keates-Plum Funeral Home, Brigantine.
