Powell (Ballinger), Julia, - 91, of Cape May Court House, NJ passed away January 9, 2018. She was born and raised in Marmora, NJ by her Aunt Mabel Clark after losing both her parents at a young age. Julia was employed at both The Flanders and The Ocean Rest in Ocean City, NJ. She enjoyed shopping and her trips to Lancaster, PA. She was predeceased by her parents Hazel (Adams) and Thomas Ballinger, her husband of 67 years Robert Powell, Sr., sister Adna Smith, step brother Norman Clark, and son in law John Young, Sr. She is survived by her son Robert Powell, Jr. (Daniel) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, daughter Patti Young of Petersburg, NJ, grandchildren Tracey (Jeff) Errickson and John (Amanda) Young both of Petersburg, NJ, nine great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
