Recently it was reported that the county is considering another "fix" for the engineering aberration known as the Airport Circle.
In the Dec. 19 story, "Quick fix in works for circle at airport," Atlantic County Executive Dennis Levinson was quoted as saying, "When you hand over a project to planners, engineers and designers and you pay money in good faith, you expect a competent product." When I hand over my tax dollars to the county, I too expect a competent product.
Last year, it was also announced that the long-awaited improvement of the Fire Road-Mill Road intersection would occur in 2013. I can only hope our tax dollars will produce a "competent product." We are handing over our tax dollars in "good faith." Please don't let us down again.
