SAFETY TIPS FOR PLEASANTVILLE BUSINESSES

Take note of people who "hang around" the store or who enter and exit without making a purchase.

Take note of people who seem to be repeatedly around the store at closing time.

Take note of people who seem to be overly interested in the inner workings of the business or who offer to "help out" without being asked.

Check that all in-house video cameras are working properly and all employees know how to operate them.

Whenever possible, avoid employees working alone.

Avoid making change for strangers who are not regular customers.

Call police if these tips or your own good judgment cause you to believe a person is acting suspiciously. 609-641-6100
