Ocean City loses all four of its Press first-team All-Stars to graduation and will have several younger players move up next year. Defending its CAL American Conference title won't be easy, though contenders Egg Harbor Township and Mainland Regional also will have key players to replace. Millville and Hammonton should be competitive, too.

St. Joseph should return nearly all of its top players and figures to be the team to beat in the CAL National Conference. Middle Township and Buena Regional also have some good players returning, while Holy Spirit and Lower Cape May Regional should stay strong despite graduations.

Southern Regional should challenge for the Shore Conference A South title, while Lacey Township and Pinelands Regional should contend in B South.
