Here's a quick look at some local college football players and where you can watch them on TV this weekend.

South Carolina at Central Florida, Noon (ABC)

St. Joseph graduate and Pleasantville native Kaiwan Lewis (No. 8) has been an important part of the Gamecocks defense this season, as he's been starting at linebacker. The sophomore is third on the team in tackles with 17. Check out this story that we did this week about him.

Oklahoma State at West Virginia, Noon (ESPN)

Bridgeton High School graduate Christian Brown (No. 95) plays defensive tackle for the Mountaineers. He has played sparingly for West Virginia, recording three tackles. Here's a story previewing the game.

Virginia at Pittsburgh, 12:30 p.m. (ESPN3)

If you are a Rutgers fan, you can continue to watch the development of Pittsburgh quarterback Tom Savage. The much-traveled Cardinal O'Hara H.S. (Pa.) graduate has finally found a home with the Panthers and has played well so far this season.

But for locals, this game is very interesting as St. Joseph High School graduate Max Valles (No. 88) is getting the start at linebacker as a freshman for the Cavaliers. Valles, from Sickerville, has been impressing coach Mike London with his work ethic as you can see in this story from the

Bryant at Wagner, 1 p.m. (ESPN3)

Senior running back Dominique Williams (Bridgeton) leads Wagner in rushing with 99 carries for 426 yards and three touchdowns. Williams (No. 25) also had six catches for 33 yards and a touchdown. This is the NEC opener for both teams and Wagner (1-3) was picked as the preseason favorite in the conference.

Maine at Richmond, 4 p.m. (TCN)

Running back Nigel Jones, a Holy Spirit grad who's from Pleasantville, is the Black Bears' third leading rusher with 41 carries for 183 yards and a touchdown last weekend against Northwestern. Jones (No. 26) is the top active rusher on the team due to injuries, according to a story in the Bangor Daily News.

James Madison at Delaware, 7 p.m. (TCN)

Senior running back Andrew Pierce (Cumberland Regional) is the Blue Hens' leading rusher with 302 yards rushing on 59 carries and two touchdowns. Pierce (No. 30) also has five catches for 45 yards.

Brown at Harvard, 7:30 p.m. (NBC SN)

Harvard wide receiver Scott Miller (Egg Harbor Township) returned two punts for 21 yards in last week's season opener for the Crimson vs. San Diego. Miller (No. 25) was selected to College Sports Madness Preseason All-Ivy League third team.

USC at Arizona State, 10:30 p.m. (ESPN2)

Linebacker Anthony Sarao (No. 56) has played sparingly for the Trojans this season, only recording four tackles in four games.
