The Giants may have beaten the Saints in Week 2, but New Orleans native and LSU alum Odell Beckham is looking to give something back.
The New York Giants' star wide receiver donned a pair of cleats that read "NOLA Boy" during pregame, and the bright green, purple and gold kicks appeared for auction on ebay.
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Odell Beckham Jr. has already played his hometown team once in the NFL.
The auction expires Sunday, Oct. 23, at midnight, with the proceeds going to help victims of Louisiana flooding, according to a tweet by ESPN's Darren Rovell. The bidding for the signed cleats began at $1 on Tuesday, and had already soared to over $2,000 by the evening.
Earlier this year, Beckham also pledged $500,000 from jersey sales to to help rebuild fields destroyed by August's record rainfall.
