The Kansas City Chiefs are feeling good about themselves after prevailing in a wild 30-27 overtime win over the Broncos in Denver last Sunday night, leaving them in sole possession of the AFC’s first Wild Card spot for now and still very much in control of their own destiny in the tight AFC West. They have a chance to claim the division crown and a playoff bye.

Justin Houston was a one-man wrecking crew in his second game back from a serious 2015 knee injury with 10 tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks and a forced fumble.

But the Chiefs are going to have to prove themselves all over again this week as they travel to Atlanta where the Falcons are coming off a solid 38-19 thumping of the Arizona Cardinals and looking to solidify their hold on the NFC South. At 7-4, they still lead the Bucs by just one game.

The Falcons' offense has been as impressive as any in the league this year, while the Chiefs can struggle to score points at times but their defense is a stern test for any team in the league.
