9:28 a.m.: Biggest crowd of camp so far. Either they came to see me or want McNabb's and Westbrook's autographs.

9:33 a.m.: McNabb gets crowd going with 48-yd TD pass to LeSean McCoy during live period.

9:35 a.m.: 2nd defense stuffs McCoy twice from the 1.

9:38 a.m.: Jeremy Maclin is not here yet. Maybe he wanted to take one more trip to the top of the St. Louis Arch.

9:43 a.m.: David Akers hits twice from 54 yds and is mobbed by teammates. He probably won them a later curfew.

9:50 a.m.: Trent Coles blows past King Dunlap in trenches. Jason Peters is not on the field.

9:55 a.m.: McNabb can do it all. Now he's playing center for A.J. Feeley during 7-on-7s. Either that or Jamaal Jackson lost 150 lbs.

10:03 a.m.: Kevin Kolb holds the ball for 10 seconds before an incompletion. Fans are not happy. "Nice job, Kolb," one said.

10:17 a.m.: Fight on the field. Winston Justice and Max Jean-Gilles trade blows with Darren Howard and Omar Gaither for about 5 seconds.

10:19 a.m.: McNabb follows fight by hitting Kevin Curtis for 50 yd TD. Curtis made a terrific catch over Rashad Baker.

11:27 a.m.: Maclin is at camp and there is a chance he could be on the field this afternoon. I can't believe some TV stations actually met him at Philly.

11:50 a.m.: LBs Matt Wilhelm and Jason Babin are taking physicals. If they pass, 2 players will be cut. 1 more will be let go when Maclin signs.

2:19 p.m.: Maclin not practicing this afternoon, but will meet the media at 2:45 p.m. His first training camp workout will be tomorrow morning.

2:20 p.m.: Eagles also signed Jason Babin and Matt Wilhelm. They cut WRs Brandon Robinson and Marcus Thigpen, and DT Jervonte Jackson, Jamaal's brother.

2:22 p.m.: Cutting 3 guys before the first preseason game shows how hard it really is to make it in the NFL. I bet Jamaal Jackson is ticked.

3:20 p.m.: Jeremy Maclin's answer to almost everything Tuesday: "It is what it is." Well said.

5:03 p.m.: Matt Wilhelm and Jason Babin are enthusiastic. Wilhelm may be a steal, but I don't think Babin's going to stick because of DE depth.

5:18 p.m.: Someone called my name out from the stands today. I don't know how that happened because none of my relatives were here.
