Greate Bay

Bob Zimmerman, Tom Hooker, Fred Starn and Harry Bellwoar had a 145 to win a Swingers tournament at Greate Bay Country Club.

Pat Patrizio, John Carroll, Lew Wolf and Nick Kihm were second at 152, a stroke ahead of Al Janke, Jan Gouza, Larry Pilot and Bud Asher.

Nick Kihm, Al Janke, Bob Hilly and Carroll tied for low net at 80.

Hooker, Don Myers, Connie Miller and Jan Gouza had gross birdies.

Lou Ripa had a chip-in.

n Greate Bay Ladies Association: The Blue team beat the White Team 24½ -20½ at a Solheim Tourney.

Harbor Pines

Pat Donzanti won a Presidents Cup tourney of the Harbor Pines Women's Golf Association.

Lynn Keyser was second, with Peg Maulthaup third.

Gina DiLorenzo had a net 32 to win a N.O.S.E. tourney

Kathy Ulrich was second with a 33. Sheila Jacobson took third with a 35.

Vineyard Golf at Renault

Gwen Atwell won an Even Hole Tournament, followed by Lynn Keyser

Marsha Brown had low putts.

Stone Harbor

Nancy McConnell and Eileen Skultety won a Blind Draw of Partners of the Stone Harbor Women's Golf Association.

Cathy Goldberg and Claire Miraglia were second, with Cindy Fessick and Pat Wentling third.

New Jersey State Golf Association

Professional Eric Dovre of Galloway National shot a 2-under-par 37-33-70 to lead a total of 29 players into the 89th New Jersey State Golf Association Open Championship at Glenwood Country Club in Old Bridge.

Anthony Martire of Seaview Resort and Spa was the low amateur with a 36-35-71.

Jeffrey Simpson of Stone Harbor qualified with a 33-38-71.

The 54 hole stroke-play Open Championship is at Rock Spring Club in West Orange from July 14-16.

Southern Ocean County Hospital Golf Invitational

Ed Niewiadomski, Joe Kline and Jeff Brown took low gross with a 61 in the Southern Ocean County Hospital Golf Invitational at Greenbriar Oceanaire Golf & Country Club.

Todd Liu, Paul Chung, Jonathan Reich and Tony Hartlage won low net, defeating Alan Erickson, Bruce Cox, Robert Lee and Chris Apgar. Third went to Dave Nilsen, John Burke, Terry Moncrief and Mike Schrader.

Gene Toriello scored closed to the pin, while Ken Mattern scored closest to the line. The winners of the longest drives were Joe Ward and Tulay Duyal. John Burke was the winner of the 50/50 putting contest.

Golf Association of Philadelphia

Brett Murphy of Wildwood Golf and Country Club had a 19-over-par 90, failing to qualify for the Junior Boys Championship at Riverton Country Club in Cinnaminson.

Wildwood

Ione Laffey, Kay Wade, Shirley Harper and Ele Latini won a Mixed Tee Scramble at Wildwood Golf and Country Club.

Betty Lou Nichols, Shirley Byrne, Marie McFadden and Pat Wallington took second ahead of Ginny Carlin, Barb Noel, Sue Foster and Dolores Garvey.

Linwood

Claire Frankel had a 31 to win the A/B front nine. Gloria Tragbar (34) won the back nine and Susan Mayer (64) was the overall winner.

In the C/D Division, Amy Remer (33, front), Hillary Matison (32, back) and Myra Goldberg (61, overall) were winners.
