Local college notebook: Cain helps the College of New Jersey sweep NJAC swimming championships

The College of New Jersey men's swimming team beat Rowan 177-122 on Saturday to win its second straight NJAC title. Kevin Cain (Holy Spirit) won the 100-yard backstroke in 54.71 seconds and was third in the 50 freestyle in 22.36. He also was a member of the Lions 200 medley relay, which finished third in 1 minute, 40.34 seconds.
