Richard Stockton lost to The College of New Jersey on penalty kicks after a scoreless tie in the New Jersey Athletic Conference women's soccer final on Friday in Ewing Township.
After the teams played to a 0-0 tie through 110 minutes, TCNJ won 7-6 in penalty kicks.
Stockton's Maria Dorris made 12 saves in regulation. The Ospreys (14-6-2) managed just two shots on TCNJ goalie Jessica Clarke.
TCNJ (16-6-1) earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III tournament.
