The Angels' Mike Trout scores on a sacrifice fly with Oakland Athletics catcher Derek Norris awaiting the throw during the first inning Saturday night in Anaheim, Calif. That run was all the Angels would need as they went on to win 2-0.

Mike Trout, an outfielder with the Los Angeles Angels, was the 2012 American League Rookie of the Year and MVP runner-up. Trout, 21, is a 2009 Millville High School graduate who was a two-time Press Player of the Year and The Press Male Athlete of the Year for the 2008-09 school year.
