The nation's top-ranked team and a 2012 Frozen Four participant will highlight the ECAC men's hockey semifinals Friday at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

Quinnipiac, the No. 1 team in all three major NCAA rankings and the top seed in the ECAC tournament, will face seventh-seeded Brown in a semifinal at 4 p.m.

The second semifinal will feature defending ECAC champion Union College, the No. 4 seed, against third-seeded Yale at 7:30 p.m. Union defeated Harvard 3-1 in the ECAC title game last year at the Hall and then reached the NCAA tournament semifinals, known as the Frozen Four, where the Dutchmen lost to Ferris State.

The winners of Friday's semifinals will meet at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Hall for the ECAC championship. The losers will play in the third-place game at 4 p.m.
