Rafael Silva, left, and Joe Warren face off after the weigh-in Thursday for their bantamweight mixed martial arts fight tonight at Revel Hotel-Casino.

Tonight's Bellator 118 interim bantamweight world title fight will still be five rounds and feature Joe Warren vs. Rafael Silva, but because Silva missed weight by two pounds on Thursday, the belt will only be on the line for Warren.

Only Warren has a shot at being named the Bellator bantamweight interim champion on tonight's mixed martial arts fight card at Revel Casino-Hotel in Atlantic City. If Silva wins, Eduardo Dantas, who is injured, will remain champion.

“Rafael Silva is a warrior. He was offered this opportunity three weeks ago when Dantas was injured. He had a tremendous amount of weight to cut and got incredibly close, but to push for the last two pounds would simply have been medically unsafe,” Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney said in a statement. “Another great warrior here, Joe Warren made weight, so the belt remains in the line for Joe.

"We always have a contingency plan in place for instances like this, and we are moving ahead with this five-round fight, which should be fireworks.”

Additionally, Justin Baesman has replaced Sam Oropeza, who for the third time in four fights also failed to make weight, to face Andrey Koreshkov in the Bellator Welterweight Semifinals.

With the changes, here is the full fight card for Bellator 118 at Revel Hotel-Casino. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Ticket prices start at $55 and are available through Ticketmaster and the Revel box office.
