Four Richard Stockton College athletes received awards from the New Jersey Athletic Conference on Monday.

Brendan Stout was named the NJAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week. Stout assisted in the 12-1 win over Penn State-Brandywine on Wednesday. The senior leads Stockton's pitchers with a 4-1 record on the year and 21 strikeouts.

Samantha Shockey was recognized as the NJAC Softball Player of the Week. The third baseman had a team-high three doubles, one home run, seven RBIs and four runs in six conference games last week.

Zoey Kramer was named the NJAC Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week. The junior attack leads the team in offense with 29 goals and 12 assists for a total of 41 points. Kramer is tied for sixth place in points, seventh for assists, and eighth for goals in the conference.

Jessica Helmsetter earned the NJAC Rookie of the Week honor for women's track and field for the second time in three weeks after her performance at the Osprey Open. The freshman won the javelin with a throw of 38.73 meters and finished sixth out of 12 in the hammer throw with a distance of 33.41 meters.
