Nicole Sangillo scored her 100th career goal as Lower Cape May Regional High School defeated visiting Our Lady of Mercy Academy 23-15 in a girls lacrosse game Monday.

Sangillo, a two-year starter, scored eight goals. Teammate Lindsay Lare led all scorers with 10.

Caitlyn Covella scored seven goals for OLMA.

Anna Gordon led Mainland with three goals and broke the school's single-season scoring record with her 75th.

Gordon scored the record-breaking goal with five-hundredths of a second left in the first half.
